Waiver Form
All SIT participants must complete the Waiver Form to
attend the SIT
conference. The waiver form needs to be completed and
signed by a parent or guardian, then submitted to Conference
Services before the January 17, 2007 deadline date.

Participants who register through the
on-line system can download the
waiver form here
Early Bird Registration
Participants, Presenters and Sponsors who submit their
completed SIT
registration* to ISU Conference Services by January 10, 2007
are eligible to enter a drawing for a special door prize. So
register early to enter the drawing, and also to secure your
spot at SIT!
*Registration consists of
completed registration form, signed waivers and
full payment.

EXTENSION
The On-Line registration deadline will close on
January 17, 2007. However, participants can
still register by
downloading the
paper form, completing the form and
faxing, mailing, or delivering the form to
Conference Services on or before January 31,
2007. |
